Shipping & Processing
All orders begin processing payments within 1 business day.
For standard hipping times please allow 3-5 business days.
For international shipping please allow 7-10 business days

International Orders
Please be aware that Aroma Essence, LLC is not responsible for any customs duties or fees that may be incurred when shipping our products internationally. These fees are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that international customers familiarize themselves with their country's customs policies before placing an order with us.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, your order is no longer in the possession of Aroma Essence, LLC.
If under any circumstance your package is missing/lost or even damaged please reach out to our carrier USPS and file a claim.
Refunds/Returns/Exchange
All sales are considered FINAL and are NON - NEGOTIABLE .
No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders, pop up shop (in person) transactions, bulk orders for special occasions or events.

Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Returns and Refunds
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for online orders. However, if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us promptly via email at contact@aromaessence.com. Request for item replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery date shown on tracking information.
Email subject line: (ex. Wrong Item Received- Order #1001)
Please include (2) clear photos of the unopened incorrect item, first and last name, shipping address, and order number. After review and approval, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and the correct item will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days.
