We begin processing orders within 1 business day, to ensure all payments are successfully processed.
For shipping times please allow 3-5 business days for an updated tracking number. As stated in our shipping policy.

I accidentally put in the wrong address, What do I do?
I am able to do an address change for you as long as your ordered has NOT been shipped. If it has been shipped, then unfortunately you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

What happens if my order is returned to the sender?
If your order is returned back to the sender (us), you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). We are NOT responsible for any shipment issues caused by our carrier USPS.
Once your package is dropped off at USPS it is no longer in our possession. If your item comes to you damaged, file a claim with USPS below:

My candle is producing a black like smoke when it is lit, What do I do?
The black like smoke is referred as "soot". This is caused by you not properly trimming your candle wick before you light your candle. Please refer to our "Candle Care Tip" page for reference.

Why do I have to trim my candle wick every time I decide to re light it?
By properly trimming your candle wick each time you decide to re light it ensures a great scent throw when lit. In other words, the fragrance in your candle will continue to be noticeable while your candle burns. If you decide not to trim your wick then your candle will NOT burn properly.

Do your candles consist of all natural ingredients/what are they made out of?
Yes, most definitely! At Aroma Essence we make our candles with all natural Coconut 83-Wax; which is commonly known as a natural carrier for fragrances, no additives are put into it, and is an all natural container blend that is predominately coconut and vegetable waxes. Lastly, our Tart wax which is an all natural Soy-Wax specifically made for our Wax melts. All of our fragrance oils are 100% phthalate free.
